After a major refurbishment in early 2009 the Golf Hotel has now re-opened. The Golf hotel is situated on the main street in Silloth on Solway a small coastal town in the north west of Cumbria on the edge of the beautiful Lake District renowned as an area of outstanding natural beauty. Silloth is noted for its invigorating but mild climatethe leisurely peaceful atmosphere and perhaps most of all its glorious sea views and sunsets. Situated in close proximity to the northern Lake District Silloth is a good base for visiting the historic city of Carlisle the Roman Wall and the South West of Scotland visible on the opposite shore of the Solway Firth. Our newly refurbished bar and lounge is open every day from 10am until late offering a wide range of hot and cold beverages a range of wines from around the world and an extensive bar menu. We specialise in well cooked beautifully presented food showcasing the best of locally sourced ingredients and with dishes from around the world to suit all tastes. This is the perfect place for quality food and family dining. Traditional Carvey Roasts available on a Sunday 12pm-2pm.
